    Self-harm, many know it as cutting, it is the process in which an individual will hurt them self for attention, love, hate or satisfaction. I started cutting after freshmen year, it relieved me, it created an escape for me so I could let out all this inner pain and stress and anxiety and everything else killing me inside, by only hurting my wrists.
